Location

These 4 images were for a project that concentrated on line and texture. I chose to look at location photo and using the macro function at the same time. I liked looking at texture in nature especially.

 

The next 3 images are just my experimentation with using computer effects to make the picture more visually appealing

For this image i used a long exposure at the train station late at night. I edited on the computer by changing the contrast, making the dark colours darker and the lights lighter. I also applied the black and white effect on the computer as well.

I basically did the same for this picture. I was taken on a creme background and when you change that to white the colours on the lizard become more vibrant. It almost gives it a studio photography effect.

This picture was a little more edited than the others. To create this effect I took the picture and selected the sign post and then using an invert tool and black and white colour effect created this image. I also edited the colours on the signpost to make them a lot more vibrant.

 

These 3 images are part of a location photography shoot that was undertaken at a monastery ruin. In these images i’m trying to create a sense of darkness and loneliness.
